APG Looks Back on 2015 as an Outstanding Year of Volunteer Support to American Heroes!

December, 2015 – APG Salutes our Veterans on Christmas Day.
APG Technologies donated challenge coins and our employees supported the American Legion to salute our veterans on Christmas morning. We helped deliver an individual service challenge coin like the one shown below.  This was our fifth year of providing a Christmas Day salute and encouragement to over 100 hospitalized veterans from all DoD services.

October, 2015 – APG supports the Honor Flight Network by volunteering on Mission#006 for Honor Flight Syracuse.
APG Technologies employees supported the Honor Flight Network to fly seventy-eight (78) WW-II & Korean War veterans on a free flight to the visit the war memorials in Washington, DC.  APG COO Eric Amberge serves on the Honor Flight Syracuse Board of Directors.

September, 2015 – APG supports Air Force National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) Scholarship Golf Tourney.

APG sponsored a hole in support of the NASIC Scholarship Golf Tourney at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.  Funds raised go to award scholarships to local high school graduates that aspire to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) careers as they enter college.

August, 2015 – APG supports American Legion for Veterans Lunch Cruise.

As a corporate supporter, APG facilitated and funded a summer day cruise for fifteen hospitalized WW-II, Korean War & Vietnam veterans – enabling them to enjoy a relaxing lunch cruise on one of America’s cleanest, most beautiful lakes.
